Has the Grizzly always been Bianchi's top Hardtail....TheWanderer

Excluding the Reparto Corse stuff, has Grizzly always been Bianchi's flagship hardtail? I know it has been for the past few years, but I'm wondering about like mid 90's. Logic would dictate that it has been, but I'm just wondering if anyone knows for sure. I'm looking at an old one on eBay and wondering exactly how old it really is.

A Grizzly was my first mountain bike. I bought it in 1988, and I have a vague recollection that there was a higher-end version with a clever name that played off of "grizzly." It may have been something as simple as "super grizzly," but I can't dredge it up.
