Their credit card service wasn't working properly and I ended up getting an email conformation for 4 shirts instead of one charged to my credit card. I emailed Mike Blarowski at PB about the situation and he did an awesome job in getting everything corrected and even called me at home to let me know he was getting it all taken care of. Pretty impressive service.
