Opinions wanted. I have a 7 year old Giant Mountain Bike. It has a steel frame with a rigid fork. I used it on the road in the Winter. I am thinking of putting $400 into it. An LX Group, new wheels etc. Does it pay, or should I put the money towards a new bike?
