Feb 16, 2002 8:12 AM | | You have to call them, (800) 326-2453 PST, and dont go off on them. but tell them what happened, and that you are going to send the case back. make sure you photocopy the original reciept that your sending back. This way if they give you a hard time about the case you can have them take it up with your CC company. |
