How to take a rear Hugi 240 apart?WRET AUDIO

I have two sets of wheels with Hugi 240's and I know how to pull on the cassette and pop the rear hub apart. I have done this several times. I am wanting to pull one of my 240's apart but I can't get this one apart. I am pulling as hard as I can and it will not budge. Is there a trick of some kind I can do to get this apart.
I have read their manual and for a "No tool concept" there sure are a lot of specialized tools used in the manual.

This is a sore point for me. Like you I could sort of pull it apart but not access the bearings. The rear hub was notchy so I took it to my LBS. The 4uckers who import the hubs (here in Australia) wont sell the tool to get to the bearings and they charged my LBS $120 just for labour. I only picked it up yesterday and ITS STILL CRAP. Im going in tomorrow to send it back and whatever happens Im writing to Hugi because this is outrageous. Sorry I cant help you.
