Mar 11, 2002 7:21 PM | | I have a 2002 Specialized FSR Pro....Fox RL rear, Sid SL front...I weigh 180lbs. I ride in West Virginia where its rough, but no drops. Any suggestions on how to set up rear shock? How about the front? I know what the manuals say, but just would like to hear a few opinions. Thanks |

Mar 12, 2002 4:32 AM | | take notes on each ride. Then make one adjustment at a time and take notes. That's what I did when I got my new fork last year and I had it dialed down in about 2 weeks. I never had to adjust it for the rest of the season.
