Anyone know about a newly-developed (legal) singletrack at the bottom of Bryce "Canyon"?

...there are some great trails a little further west in Red Canyon - similar scenery, but legal trails. To the north of the highway there is Casto Canyon/Losee Canyon/Cassidy Trail - excellent singletrack. To the south of the highway there is Thunder Mountain - a little more Bryce-like. There are horse tours, but little other traffic, and they keep the trail narrow. There is a Dixie Forest Information Center (?) in Red Canyon that has trail maps.

I have heard of both of them but it's bugging me where they are and what are the rules of the trails some of them are on private land or something been a long time since I have talked to someone about them......I'm in Roanoke,Va.

aka Dixie. On the way from Moab to Zion area.

Bryce Canyon I believe is a National Park.

Red Canyon (Thunder Mountain) isn't. It is just beyond Bryce. Closest town I can think of is Panguitch. Not much happens in Panguitch. Some of the Red Cyn trails are open to ATVs. Can't recall if there are any closed to bikes. Will check tonight if remember.

I'm aware of these trail in Red Canyon and environs (excellent!). But I also heard some mention about a "new" trail specifically at the bottom of Bryce - I'll see if I can dig up the URL. I'll be heading there in about 5 weeks (full moon) and want to soak up the riding!
