	I have an older frame I got for free which is Cannondale M300 that I'm fixing up for a friend. I'd like to change the frame color and I'm either thinking of painting the frame myself or having it powder coated by car shop. Is powder coating expensive? By the way if I did it myself what do I need besides primer, sandpaper, and paint with laquer?
