Apr 2, 2002 5:45 PM | | I believe the prevailing wisdom dictates that you break the rims in with ceramic specific pads, then start using regular pads again. The underlying reasoning being that you initially smooth out the surface with ceramic specific pads, then to avoid prematurely wearing the ceramic surface, switch to conventional pads. |
