PANARACER FIRE XC PRO 1.8 Vs HUTCHINSON PHYTON GOLD(1 post)

PANARACER FIRE XC PRO 1.8 Vs HUTCHINSON PHYTON GOLDfrancisco
Apr 3, 2002 9:35 AM
Hi, I´m riding at those moments, with specialized rockster pro tire (26*1.9), but in some terrains, they sucks. I know that they are very light, but I´m looking for a couple of tires that roll good, without forgetting to brake well. And with that anti pinch technology.
I was looking for replacing my rear tire, with a panaracer fire xc pro 26*1.8, I was seeing in the reviews that a lot of people love them, and they seem to be good. I´m a cross country rider, but choosing tires I´m pathetic. Also the hutchinson phyton gold seem to be a good tire, too.
So I don´t know what to do...Must I keep my rocksters? or should I replace the rear tire, with a panaracer or a phyton? Should I replace both tires??, What tire would be the best? I´m looking for, good cornering, no rolling resistant, light, brake excelent, and that don´t get shity, after 3 months...
