I probably have to much time on my hands, but I wanted to ask a few questions and see if I could pin down some approximate dates.

1) When was the first threadless headset introduced? Dia Compe A-Headset correct? Did they make the first threadless stems too?

2) When were the first non 1" head tubes introduced? Wasn't 1 1/4" Evolution the first to deviate?

3) When was the first 1 1/8" steer tube introduced? Who was first?
