I'm about to buy a dakar expert and I need sizing info cuz I dont have a jamis dealership close by. Jamis does not measure their TT like any of the other brands so I cant really compare geometries between bikes. If you own one(dakar sport, comp, expert, pro)could you tell me how tall you are, your inseam and what size jamis you are riding? Thanks

I am 6'2" and havea 32" to 34" inseam and ride a 19" frame and it fits good.

I'm 6'0" (5' 11" and 1/2 actually :). Inseam of 30".

The perfect fit is about a 22.5 top tube, and a 16.5" Center to top of seat tube. The Jamis works for me in both the 15" and the 17". I like smaller frames and wanted the polish finish and the 15 does fit...so...

I did cheat slightly and have a offset seat post (standar layback, nothing weird) and a 135mm stem to stretch out the cockpit though.
