Nukeproof Stealth Frame

I just decided to buy a Nukeproof Stealth Frame (2000 model). Has anyone here built this frame? Any opinions?
It seems like a pretty decent frame and I'm getting a really good deal so I didn't want to pass it up.
Just be aware that Nukeproof is out of business...
