	And if from the frame what size corresponds to a 28.6 post?

	The seatpost size really has little to do with the collar size. You need to measure the outside diameter of the seat tube. Some common sizes include 30mm, 32mm, and 35mm. If you can't figure it out, your local bike shop can help.
