That's the Westchester Mountain Bike Association. There are maps and directions there to several of the local trails. Tarrytown is basically smak-dab in the middle of Graham Hills and Blue Mountain, two of the best parks in the county.

Good riding!

Graham hills looks good, seems like it would be hard to get lost. Blue mountain sounds better. Any chance of hooking up for a ride there? I will be in T-town on tuesday and wednesday Thanks, Dave

For exercise there is a great paved trail called the North County Trailway which you can access direct from your hotel. Closest dirt trails are at Blue Mountain in Peekskill. There's also a nice beginner off road at Hook Mountain Nyack across the TZ bridge with great Hudson views, don't pay attention to the "closed" signs!
