| what lube for skewers/seatpost??? | FreeRideKipp Jun 15, 2002 2:20 PM | | What kind of lube/grease should I put on my seatpost because is nearly impossible to get it out. Also what should I use on my skewers. The rods are looking a bit rusty. Replace em or clean em and lube them? Just trying to get my bike in shape for an awesome summer. Thanks for the tips...

Why not try to clean the bike up a bit and use some grease before replacing parts. If your still having problems then replace. Marine grease does not need to be replaced but once a year or longer and I never hear any squeaks or noises from my bike. |
