What kind of lube/grease should I put on my seatpost because is nearly impossible to get it out. Also what should I use on my skewers. The rods are looking a bit rusty. Replace em or clean em and lube them? Just trying to get my bike in shape for an awesome summer. Thanks for the tips...

I have used waterproof all-purpose marine grease. Works great for the seatpost and skewers. Why not try to clean the bike up a bit and use some grease before replacing parts. If your still having problems then replace. Marine grease does not need to be replaced but once a year or longer and I never hear any squeaks or noises from my bike.
