Jul 13, 2002 5:10 AM | | Good luck finding one. I'd check E-Bay every once and a while and maybe Cambria Bike. Cambria had 1.0s a while back but I have no idea if they have any now. As far as I know there is no such thing as a 2002 model 1.0(At least here in the States). I have been waiting since December for my warranty replacement, which is supposed to be a 1.0. I imagine that what I'll be getting is the redesigned "I-Drive 2 1.0" frame whenever that comes out. If you can wait, I'll be more than happy to sell that to you...

Jul 15, 2002 2:41 AM | | I just got my replace frame after long wait-it is a 3.0, 2002 model equiv. to 1.0-2000-01. frame has been beefed up in weak areas. Don't know if welds will hold up. As far as a 1.0- I think they made that for 2001 replacement frames only. You will prob. end up with a 3.0 like I did. I saw earlier someone posted a pic. of their 1.0 replacement frame but those seem to be impossible to get. Anyway the 2001 1.0 and the 2002 3.0 are the same frame althouth I think the 2001 1.0 is way better looking....Go to GT website if you want to see current models-although when I called GT they told me those models were not being manufactured even though I have a 3.0 in my garage and I was someone's pic posted of a 1.0 on this website so go figure..... |
