They figure in what shipping runs in our area and price their stuff accordingly. She also sets up training schedules for customers based on what their goals are. A great LBS is hard, but soooo good to find. Glad you found a good one.

The seatpost here matches the handlebar color which, from another angle, creates a different perspective.
