Also same I'm getting a MXR-ECC marzocchi which is air, and i'll probably put in nitrogen too, any suggestions? I weigh 165 and ride rough trails w/drops.

In my hardcore paintball days, we used nitrogen as well as compressed air in our air systems using a top off rating of 3000psi, which would last aprox. 1000-1600rds(depending on the tank size), which was what was shot by a pro player each game if not eliminated early, of course. We were told the only advantage in pure nitrogen is it would have less contaminates in it(water vapor, micro dirt, etc)as opposed to pulling air from a highend compressor system that fills say...scuba tanks, etc. I do not know if this is indeed a fact, as we saw no diff. in the way the guns performed either way.
