| Sweet mother of god... | Gavin Sep 4, 2002 6:15 AM | | What does one of the babies go for? |
| DAMNNN.... | 48 B. C. Sep 4, 2002 11:19 AM | | ...I'll trade my wife for that! |
| Are you sure about that...? | Bob Sep 4, 2002 12:05 PM | | Just fer fun let's run the numbers...just fer fun
Assuming a medium frame size:
73.3 head angle
73.8 seat angle
21.3" effective top tube(mmmm comfy)
10.5" bottom bracket (that's cool, 150mm cranks should give you enough pedal clearance)
38.1" wheelbase (don't lean forward, er...or back either)
Holy crap..this thing is an endo machine. I wouldn't trade the wife just yet, you'll have no one to spoon feed you jello due to the massive head trauma that would take place during each ride of this monstrosity. |
| What an idiotic looking bike..... | YaMon Sep 4, 2002 6:26 AM | | I don't understand this bike. Looks like a road bike trying to be a mountain bike. I have never heard of dirt time trials. Aerofoil ???shaped tubes....Please, this really looks stupid. It must be a new category of mountain bikes. Double Track or Fire Road Bikes. |

| "desktop publisher's" shouldn't be allowed to have Photoshop | Bob Sep 4, 2002 6:49 AM | | It's the trek Team Trial frame with mountain components cloned onto it.
Can you make me a nice yellow page ad for my dog grooming service? |
| Yup, He could have at least removed the rear road brake (nm) | shiggy Sep 4, 2002 7:25 AM | | |
| re: Check Out This Brand New Bike - Trek Dream Bike?! | I Drink Blatz Sep 4, 2002 11:38 AM | | Ok, a time trial road bike frame with mostly MTB parts. Sounds more like a nightmare. |
| Looks like the 2003 Trek Liquid cropped onto a road frame (nm) | Eric Hoefer Sep 4, 2002 6:53 PM | | |
| What's up with the brakes? | jkopish Sep 5, 2002 5:08 AM | | Disc brakes, but the rear also has a road brake on there that is not even close to the wheel. Some one needs to take more time when using Photoshop. |
