Then Kona gets nailed on the "Bear" bike and changes name to "Dawg". Rocky has a "Rail" bike but if they didn't TM the name, the Murricans will just bully them into another name change.
As they say "nothing personal, just business" Nice. Personally, I think it's an @$$hole kind of move, but hey, that's just my opinion.
