	after having surgery for a slap repair 4 months ago,I found a usefull site-www.aaos.org which helps one understand the most flexable joint in the human body.pain can come from several conditions-this will help sort it out.

	Thanks for the info! I was unable to ride for a year because of a shoulder injury (hit and run by car).
