It has the usual staples of a good mtn. bike video: big airs, dh racing, dirt jumping trials, some urban. The only thing I'd like to see that's missing from all videos is a 'kmart special' bike rodeo. Kind of like 'Jackass' with cheapo mtn. bikes:)
