1) they sent a replacement right arm. It didn't match color and they didn't send a left. That confused me a lot, but I'd already gotten a new setup.
I was getting ready to inquire about this yesterday (it happened last month). Today, I check the mail...
2) They sent a BRAND NEW Crankset, rings and all!!!
So even though they messed up at first, it was because they just wanted to get me something to ride with. Then, I guess the part was backordered and they sent it when they got them. What nice people! |
