| Where to ride Arizona in April? | ebmtnbkr Dec 13, 2002 1:14 PM | | O.K. all you AZ riders, we are planning a week-long road trip for mid-April. Suggestions for rides that time of year? |

Lemmon is warm enough to do the trails up there in the woods, and bomb all the way down to the desert without frying your brain. My faves are Oracle Ridge and Milagrosa. As far as down in the valleys, try the 50 year trail or Starr Pass, or Chiva Falls. If you are out this way stop by Tucson Bicycles, they have a lot of maps and info to help you out and they rent full-sus MTBs as well as road bikes. Their website is www.tucsonbicycles.com.
As far as Phoenix and the north I know less about thes eplaces, but South Mtn in Phoenix is cool and anywhere in Sedona is great!
Good Luck and see you on the trails.
