Jan 23, 2003 8:20 AM | | Announced yesterday, the first stage of the men's and women's road races will be hosted by Redwood City on the Wednesday before Sea Otter weekend. Yeah, they're roadies, but it should generate more media attention than previous years. The MTB festivities kick off on Thursday with the fat tire crit on Thursday 4/10 in downtown Santa Cruz, but that's been on the agenda all along.
