How much can i get for this bike?theloniousmonk

I've got a 2002 Stumpjumper FSRxc Pro With a 2002 Marzocchi Marathon fork (instead of RS Sid SL 2002) and an XT derailleur instead of XTR. How much do you think i can get for this bike? It was ridden for one season.
IMO...$700-800 max. nmGrumpy Old Man

why would i get so little for a bike that cost 2200 last year plus with a much nicer fork than the SID SL?

I think more than 800. If there is no damage to the frame or parts I think somewhere in the region of 1500 may do it. Look around on ebay and stuff, maybe have a 1200 reserve on it. Thats a good fork, but not everyone wants one on a XC rig. good luck man!

Because people are cheap and want everything for next to nothing.
half of original retail is the rule of thumb...jcw

for one year old bikes, plus add about half the cost of the upgrades. If only cars depreciated as quickly (from a buyers perspective of course).
