| Will PerformanceBike price match and honor 20% coupon? | frank s. Mar 27, 2003 7:43 PM | | If they do, that's hefty savings. I'm buying an ultegra group and looking for cheapest place |

| Placed An Order Yesterday With Same Intentions | CCRiderKY Mar 27, 2003 8:22 PM | | Frank -
I placed an order yesterday under the same idea (price match on a Giro helmet). Seemed to have worked for me. Like the saying goes, "You get more bees with honey than vinegar". Play nice and see if they will work with you. |
| OK, how did you do it? | frank s Mar 28, 2003 4:31 AM | | did you do it over the phone or on the net? Present the coupon first or at the end? |
| OK, how did you do it? | bikerbike Mar 28, 2003 4:47 AM | | I pricematched and everything first , then at the end i said i have a coupon as well. I've used 2 coupons thus far, and everytime have pricematched with it. They're not going to tell me that they dont' want to take my coupon after i place a $400 order. |

| Join Team Perf and | fattirewilly Mar 28, 2003 7:02 AM | | You can get another 10% back. Worth it if you are ordering over $200 worth of stuff. |
| Team Perf | El Kabong Mar 28, 2003 10:20 AM | | One question on Team Performance: when I sign up online, do I get the 10% off on that order? Or does it start on the next one?

| (dumb kinda) point system | frank s Mar 28, 2003 12:58 PM | | you hafta basically accumulate points- 10points per $1 spent. And you get 10% off an order when you accumulate 1000 pts (or spend $10). So, its basically after the first $100 spent. And its the 2nd order when you're able to use it. Membershipis $20/year |
| After The Purchase | CCRiderKY Mar 28, 2003 7:09 PM | | After you purchase, your points accumulate. Youa er able to use them "after the fact". That first purchase gets no discount.
Also, as a Team Member, you get upgraded to 2nd day delivery for the same price as standard delivery. If you are like me, the $20 per year is worth it. |
| I agree with below..... | CCRiderKY Mar 28, 2003 7:12 PM | | I waited until the end (after the price match), and then threw out the coupon. With the large $ purchases I make, the 20% is well worth the extra effort.
I called in and spoke with Customer Service.
I was also able to accumulate my 10% Team Points on the order. |
