What's the best way to "lockout" the front derailleur so that an accidental shift to the bash ring doesnt occur?
Im a newbie so if you could "dumb-up" your relies as much as possible, I would really appreciate it. |

Apr 25, 2003 6:11 AM | | FDs have limit screws. Dial it in so it wont go past the middle ring.
Also, you do not need to change the FD height (ie get it close to the bashring). Just leave it where it is, and adjust the limit screw.
