I have read that some use grease and some use oil for lubricating the freehub after cleaning it. What do you use?

Thanks

I read in Zin and the Art of Mountain Bike Maintainence that it's best to use a heavy oil. I tried Red Line 75-90 manual tranny gear oil in my XT freehub and worked like a charm. The hard part is cleaning and lubing it. I seperate the freehub from the hub myself, lube the freehub put the free hub and hub body back together and repack my bearings with grease and away I go. So far, it's worked well for me.
