Never sold a bike before...Erok

I have a 2001 Sugar 1 that I need to sell. I don't think it even has 100 miles on it. It is in excellent condition. What would be a fair price to ask for it? Thanks for any suggestions.

ask your LBS, check bulletin boards for similar bikes and the asking price. You m ight get a better price if it's "as new" condition, but that's up to the buyer.

You'll get what the market is willing to pay you. good luck, Jim

I know you said excellent condition, but nothing speaks louder than pictures and component lists. I would say that 1/2 of what you paid would make it marketable. Many factors will go into pricing it. I would say that you might start off by taking off 30% of what you paid for it and any upgrades, so long as there are just a few, should be sold as gravy! But hey, It's your bike and in the end it's all about what you will take.
