For a Small frame running full housing on both brakes and derailleurs.

anywheres from 5-10 dollars
Housing generally runs a buck a foot...Fat-tire

and you can get cables for about 3-4 dollars per, plus the ferrels (sp) and cable ends. These are LBS prices.

You can probably get something cheaper online, but you're probably looking at 20-30 total.
