[OT] computer question (script errors)(3 posts)

[OT] computer question (script errors)roadscuzz
Jun 17, 2003 7:53 PM
I've been getting frequent "AN ERROR HAS OCCURED IN THE SCRIPT OF THIS PAGE. DO YOU STILL WANT TO RUN SCRIPTS ON THIS PAGE? YES or NO". If I click yes, the box reappears. If I click no, it does not, but returns when I get back to the page it originated on. This occurs on lots of sites I visit so it must be a problem with my computer right? Does anybody no what I could do to remedy this annoying problem? I have Windows 98 and I'm using Junos web browser.
Thanks!
I'm not very computer saavy so...
what's the bad news?
Browser setting....Monte

look in the options or something like that for an option something like "do you want to debug script errors?", or "give an error message when script errors occur?". There should be a setting you can change somewhere to stop the error messages from coming up.

Oh, I almost forgot the main reason for this happening is LAME WEB DESIGNERS THAT CAN'T OR WON'T DEBUG THEIR WEB PAGES.

1 box was checked the other was not. Now both are unchecked, I clicked the apply button then the okay button, restarted my computer and I'm still getting the damned messages.
Any place else I should look?
