Jul 16, 2003 11:47 AM | | Just wanted to say a few good words for the guys at Raceface. A few weeks ago I sent in my Real Seal HS to get looked at because it just wasn't working right in my bike. I expected them to maybe replace the bearing or just send it back saying everything was fine. I wasn't too concerned because I had the thing for almost 4 years and I felt it had done it's job. To my surprise they warrantied the HS and sent a new one out. I then contacted them and asked if we could swap the new HS for a Signature XS BB because I didn't really need the HS. They said ok, send the HS back and we'll send you a BB.
Now that is service!!
I've heard good things about the Raceface warranty and this is the proof for me.
