New (used) frame, but one problem....pimpbot

I have a new (to me) K2 Razorback frame with an issue. The seller told me about the issue, so it was not a surprise, and I got a killer deal on it.

How do you fix a loose waterbottle holder boss? I managed to extract the waterbottle holder screw, but the problem is that the boss itself spins around in the frame. I hear there is a tool to fix this, but should I just hit it with some JB Weld and affix it back in place? The boss is not in dagnger of falling or pulling out, it just spins in place.

Thanks, all!
Allen wrench, cap screw and a nut...GregR

Those riveted bottle bosses are easy to tighten up.

Tthread a nut onto a cap screw, then thread it into the boss, crank the nut down (tighten it)while keeping the cap screw from turning with the allen wrench, until you effectively re-crimp it.

I got it to be more snug, but it still spins. I JB Welded that bad boy in there and now it's fine. I just had to watch the torque on the WB cage screw.
