NRS owners...Help!

I took my trusty NRS out after about a 2 week layoff and I began noticing some very annoying squeeking going on from somewhere in the full suspension linkage. It never used to do this. Perhaps got some degreaser near one of the pivots or something. I know that some of these pivots have sealed cartridges, some don't. Wondering if anybody has any advice for quieting down this annoying noise. Lubricating/regreasing? What type of grease? Which pivots can be greased? Which ones can't?
Some info can be found in this PDF from Giant's site...AndyH
