where can I get small ( in inches LB, not just LB) ---torque wrench ?
For example to start under 10NM or around 100 INCHES LB ), so I can use it on the BIKE and/or some small project's .....

Best bet for a quality tool at a decent price is Sears and the Craftsman brand. Of oucrse they also have the no hassle swap if something is wrong with any of their tools also. If money's no object try Matco or SnapOn.

Park makes one that goes from 0 to 600 inlbs. for around $20. Works great.
