I have a 99 hayes hydralic disc brake and recently i have this one problem with the rear disc brake. Whenever i pull the rear lever, i have this pulsation feeling on the lever. It feels weird, like the pad is digging into the disc or something, and i am just wondering if anyone know what is possibly happening. thank you

You might want to check your rear rotor. Its probably bent. YOu can straighten it with a crescent wrench, or get a new one for about $30.

what gabe0807 said....and check your pads, might be metal on metal. but more likely your rotor is out of true.
