Will JensonUSA ever ship my Wheelset????Little Frog

I ordered a set of Chris King ISO Disc's with Mavic 317's.
I ordered them over 2 weeks ago and they can't tell me when they are going to ship.
When I ordered them, they said all they needed were the spokes.
The spokes came in and still no word.
All they keep saying is "soon".

Should I cancel and go elsewhere?
I am not in a hurry but I am anxious. This is getting frustrating.

Quality wheel builds take time. How many sets they bulid a day and how many were placed ahead of you makes a big difference. You just need to wait. I ordered a set of kings with supercomp spokes and dt rims from Charles at Hammerhead 2 weeks ago and I will have them in about a week. So three weeks is a normal time frame for quality builds. As far as termanating the order, thats up to you. You will just have to wait that much longer for the next builder.

I waited about 3weeks for my set..I too had to wait for spokes to come in. Then the spokes were in for about 1 week prior to them being built. The day they went to the builder they were shipped out. Their builders do them in an hour or so. The wheelset was great and true when I recieved it (iso kings x3.1 ust rims) My only complaint is that the pulling spoke was laced on the inside rather than out which I guess is a preference thing...I personally feel that laced the other way the spoke has a bit more brace and will stay true longer. Anywho...stay with your order...its a way good price for a good build.
Its bad luck to hurry a wheelmaker. nmFredMertz51

Take your business elsewhere. I've had tons of problems with Jenson regarding their tactics to retain orders they can't fulfill.

As a business, they should be honest and say they can't do it in this time frame. That's how you retain an order, not by lying.

If they were straight with ya, I'd wait, but they weren't, so you'll never know.

They kept me waiting for 6 weeks this past summer before telling me they can't get me my frame. i could've bought it at another place before they sold out, too. They started offering me deals on unsuitable bikes, like freerides and light dh's, when I was in for a superlight xc racing frame.
