The only thing in the COD box would be 22 pounds of bricks. I have heard of that happening with people buying computer stuff COD. All the seller would get is either a money order or a personal check which could be canceled, so if its junk you could make sure they they got nothing not to mention they would be out the shipping and cod fees.
read carfully,he says 'It will be like COD!' not actually COD(nmetal

Note how the deal works:
1. You will send me an e-mail with your name and address and tell me what do you want to buy and how many.
2. I will send you the package with FedEx and you will get an e-mail confirmation from them that the package is at them and that you must wire the money and reply FedEx the confirmation from Western Union so they can send you the package.Do not worry because the package will be inspected by FedEx and they will tell you what is in the package.
3. I will contact you with my address and name so that you can wire the money Western Union.
4. You will receive the package and after that I can pick up the money from Western Union.
As you can see this is like COD.

That's a direct quote from his e-mail. Very interesting. I didn't realize FedEx offered a full inspection and hold until payment is received service =).

He has copy/pasted the info for Dean's fs mtb but has a pic of Dean's road bike. The picture is from Interbike and the thief thinks that "Interbike 2002" is the brand and model of the item he is trying to pass off as his (from Canada and the US).

Sketchy is somebody having an epileptic seizure with a magic marker. This is downright hilarious fraud.
That is the worst. nmcptjack1
