| West Coast School of Mtn Biking video is called... | FireHawk Nov 28, 2003 7:55 PM | | There is not a better training video or book than the two that are done by Ned Overend. Both complement each other. If you can only afford one, order the video. It is great. Ned is a great teacher. He covers all of the basics of riding. If you follow what Ned teaches and you faithfully practice the same, you will become a much improved rider very quickly. The video is great but the book also helps cement the principles. Good stuff. Most web sale sites have both the video and book. Go for it and more easily learn the fun of mtb riding. |
