Romic rear shock spring rate?? anyone have one??mtbrice

I just made the upgrade to a Romic for my Ellsworth Truth. It has a 600lb spring on it now and I'm thinking its going to be too soft for my 185lbs frame. Can anybody tell me what spring I should have on there for aggressive XC riding?? Maybe tell me where I could find one as well....

thanks all,

Jeff
Why don't you just try it out first? nmNoic

I would try it out first, but we have about 8" of snow right now, so I thought I would try to find the proper spring before spring time riding comes....
sounds rightrick r

I ride a Truth, weigh 195 and run a 700lb spring on my Romic. Try the rebound at 6-7 clicks out and the compression at 4-5 clicks out(from full clockwise). The Romic rides way better than the Fox-enjoy!
