Can someone tell me what's the difference in these two models...apart from the 5th ele shock on the 04 is there anything else? ie. tubing, weight.
it's been a long time coming for this bike! n i got a great discount on the 03 version, the shock can be upgraded anytime(fox float rl shock currently).
what do u guys suggest?
thanks 4 the help! ride on.

The 2004 model is ligher than the 2003. The chainstay pivots are lighter, and both the top tube and dwon tube were redesigned to lighten the bike. I don't think that the ride is changed, but the frame went on a diet.
