I know I loose the NRS system

general xc and light freeride.

Give me some input, I need some

I wish they had a plush mode specified as well as the full Nrs mode. I check the o ring on back shock to make sure I'm getting full travel.
What +/- Lbs to use for more plush?STIX

I just built up a new NRS frame and seems very stiff. I weigh 195 and have positive at 210 and negative at 50 as stated in manual. Do I decrease the positive to get some feel? Thanks.
I set it at 5 over body weight positive(more)Nsr2dude

Giant's web site says you must never set rear shock to body weight or lower. I use 5 over and have played with the negative but no real diff so far, so I keep that at 50. Giant recommends over 10 - 20lbs of your body weight so 5 over makes a differnce.
