My Mars Elite seems to be leaking and after ruling out the schraeder valve as culprit I called them (first call, got a representative talking to me in a few seconds) and explained the situation. They said they can send a new air piston to my LBS in a couple of days by priority mail to get it fixed.
Well, that is great so far. If I get it in fact in a couple of days then I'll give them five stars for the support.

Oct 21, 2001 8:11 AM | | Thats great- i have an air leak also in my mars elite- i was waiting for the winter to do anything about it because i didnt know if it would be a long process in fixing it. lately i have just been pumping it up with my shock pump every 2 weeks or so. |
