Just had a good experience with them. My Mars Elite seems to be leaking and after ruling out the schraeder valve as culprit I called them (first call, got a representative talking to me in a few seconds) and explained the situation. They said they can send a new air piston to my LBS in a couple of days by priority mail to get it fixed.

Well, that is great so far. If I get it in fact in a couple of days then I'll give them five stars for the support.

yeah, when I broke the end off my xvert damper rod and told them it was my fault anyway they still sent the shop another one at no cost to me. they're good like that.

Thats great- i have an air leak also in my mars elite- i was waiting for the winter to do anything about it because i didnt know if it would be a long process in fixing it. lately i have just been pumping it up with my shock pump every 2 weeks or so.
