Trek STP Rear SID Shock Question. please helpTrekMan

Hi i was wondering if anyone has experiecne with the sid dual air shock used on the trek STPs. What do reccomend i set the pressure to and how does the rebound adjuster work. i tried messing around with it the other day and it didn't seem to do anything

possitive (upper)chamber: 0.33 of body waight (lbs) in psi
(if your waight is 165 lbs put 55 psi in chamber)
negative chamber : a bit less than positive. the more you put (but not more than positive chamber) it will be better on small bumps.
rebound: try to leave it as much oppen as you can without bounching around (drive over a singel stone: if you jump twice clouse the rebound half a turn and try again)
