Stratos Shock Help. Please!!Inclag

As some of you may know, the Stratos coil/air shocks must be filled with at least 100 psi so the oil and air don't mix.
My question is if the shock comes with over 100 psi in it to start out with. I just finished putting together my new bike, and would really like to ride it, but I don't want to if the Stratos DH Pro shock I have doesn't have any air pressure in it. If any body could tell me what psi they start out with, that would be great

...I was just a little hesitant to ride it because I don't have a pump, and don't plan on getting one till this winter because I'm a poor college student. Thanks
