Manitou SX Carbon adjustments(2 posts)

Manitou SX Carbon adjustmentspod

I swapped the stock SX carbon on my fsr-xc for an Atom Bomb. I would like to put the old fork on my wife's bike to replace an essentially non-functioning Quad 21R. Although I realize that the SX carbon is not perhaps the best fork for general riding , it beats what she has now.
Can anyone tell me how to optimise the performance for a 115 lb female. Thanks in advance.

Your wife'll need softer springs, that's about it, the damper has a wide enough adjustment range to cover her.
