Have a look at the Fox Vanilla R as well as they are super stiff and very plush.

I recently purchased a 2001 psylo xc for a I GT I drive. I'm not sure how the 2002 models are running but the 2001 came off soft feeling to me. I'm 200lbs. I had to order a new spring to stiffen it up. The $30 spring change has helped out but it was an additional 30$. One note... the 2002 psylo with the new all-travel knob does get rid of the seperate preload adjustment. So you cannot stiffen the fork up with the turn of a knob. The stiffness is changed with the amount of travel you set it at.
