The dial on my 2002 Psylo SL changes the dampening rate but isn't locked out when turned all the way.

Does anyone else have problems with theirs?
Should allow 6mm movement.TNC

There is a small amount of travel left when locked out, and it will blowoff with a decent hit. If yours is not performing in this way, the damper may have air in it or the knob has malfunctioned.
All You need to do isNoSpode

bleed the "Pure System" of any air. If you've bled a set of disks before you can bleed your fork. It LOOKS complicated, but it's not. It's just messy.
